Chronic radiodermatitis: Condition following radiation of a bronchial carcinoma.

Scleromyxedema. 52-year-old patient shows a diffuse thickening and discreet reddening of the facial skin. Especially in the area of the glabella there is a bulging overlapping thickening of the skin folds.

Hypodermitis: extensive reddening and induration of the lower leg. Painful if finger pressure is applied firmly. The tissue can be dented by prolonged finger pressure.

Panniculitis, pancreatic. Proven lobular panniculitis with known chronic pancreatitis.

Graft-versus-Host-Disease, chronic. 56 years old patient with z.n. bone marrow transplantation 2 years ago. since 1 year increasing hardening of the skin. poikilodermatic picture with extensive whitish irritations, reticular hyperpigmentation and bizarre red spots. atrophic (parchment-like) surface epithelium with fine desquamation.

Lymphoma cutaneous T-cell lymphoma panniculitis-like: circumscribed, rather inconspicuous, moderately painful, red, in places ulcerated and clearly indurated plaque.

Scleromyxedema.

Scleromyxoedema: Multiple 0.1-0.2 cm large, roundish, non follicular papules with a smooth, shiny surface; their linear arrangement is typical, which is also found in lichen myxödematosus.

Hidradenitis suppurativa, a widespread and progressive condition with papules, pustules, nodules, indurated, ductal fistulae and consecutive chronic lymphedema.

Cheilitis granulomatosa as monosymptomatic variant of the Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome, central deep and painful lower lip rhagade.

Scleromyxedema.

AL-amyloidosis in smoldering myeloma: In the 77-year-old patient, this macroglossia with lingua plicata, which has been steadily increasing for 1 year, is clinically present with recurrent flat ecchymoses of the periorbital region, corresponding to a hematoma of the eyeglasses. Further purple skin changes are present in the neck and retroauricularly. The bone marrow biopsy revealed smoldering myeloma (degree of infiltration of plasma cells at 15%).

Dermatoliposclerosis. 64-year-old female patient with known CVI. For years increasing hardening of the distal and middle US third (so-called bottle bone). Extensive hyperpigmentation of the skin with coarse increase in consistency.

Keloid. Large-area keloid formation after facial burns.

AL-type amyloidosis: lingua plicata in macroglossia and systemic AL-type amyloidosis.

Cheilitis granulomatosa with pearlèche.

Chronic radiodermatitis. blurred hyperpigmentation on tight, atrophic skin with single ulcerations, following mamma-ca and therapeutic irradiation.

Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome: initially variable, after a few months persistent, unilateral, reddened swelling and induration of the lower lip in a 62-year-old woman. Feeling of tension. No pain.
