ILVEN: acquired, inflammatory, Blaschko-linear dermatosis in a 12-year-old girl; spontaneous resident-free healing after one year

Bet knee. Circumscribed hyperkeratosis in the area of the knee.

Contact dermatitis toxic: General view: Severe hyperkeratosis on reddened skin and isolated small rhagades on the right foot of a 46-year-old patient.

Scleroderma, circumscribed (plaque-type). Large circumscribed scleroderma with flat, little indurated erythematous plaques and bizarrely configured, infiltrated, atrophic (surface like cigarette paper) porcelain white plaques. In these areas the varices are clearly prominent.

Chronic allergic contact dermatitis: scattering contact allergic eczema in the area of the back of the foot with partly hemorrhagic blisters after application of an antimycotic.

Tinea pedum, detail enlargement: Sharply defined, marginal scaly erythema, pustular formation, scaly seam along the edge of the foot and multiple scratch excoriations, some of which are crusty.

Lichen simplex chronicus: For about one year persistent, strongly itching, clearly infiltrated plaque in the area of the lower leg.

Kaposi's sarcoma endemic. asymptomatic, brown to reddish-livid spots, papules and plaques as well as edema. smooth skin surface, no scaling. shown here is the endemic form which occurs mainly on the lower leg.

Eczema atopic in child/adolescent: 14-year-old girl. acute episode of the previously known atopic eczema.

Bowen's disease with transition to Bowen's carcinoma: solitary, size-progressive plaque that has been present for several years, occasionally accompanied by itching, sharply and arc-shaped, border-emphasized plaque with increasing verrucous knot formation (white encircles the zone with the beginning invasive growth).

For years increasing discoloration and hardening of the distal US third. Extensive hyperpigmentation of the skin with coarse increase in consistency. Flat scaly crusts in the center of the skin change. Small fatty tissue proliferations (piezo nodules) on the heel.

Eczema, contact eczema, allergic. 2 days ago, acute, disseminated, itchy, highly inflammatory, red (centrally also haemorrhagic) papules and plaques appeared for the first time in a 52-year-old female patient. The skin changes occurred after application of an ointment containing bufexamac for knee pain.

Larva migrans. linear plaque, subepidermally located, winding passage through Ancylostoma brasiliensis in the area of the foot.

Angiokeratoma corporis circumscriptum: non-syndromal mixed capillary/venous malformation with verrucous plaques and nodules. First manifestation in early childhood. Continuous growth since then.

Ilven: Blaschko-lineare inflammatory "eczema-like" skin disease which developed in an otherwise completely skin-healthy 6-year-old girl within the last 2 months with mild to moderate itching.

Aggressive cytotoxic epidermotropic CD8-positive T-cell lymphoma: generalized, rapidly spreading red itchy plaques; retracted scars after formation of ulcerated, deep-seated nodules.
