Scabies (overview): itchy "rash" all over the body, existing for weeks; see previous figure. findings: disseminated, red scaly papules, partly also linearly arranged. itching at night intensified in bed warmth

Comedone-like keratosis follicularis (see there): in contrast to classical comedones, keratosis follicularis lacks sebaceous gland hyperplasia ; keratosis follicularis is a follicular, "dry horn graft" which does not occur in the seborrhoeic zones but mainly on the side of the extremities.

Lichen planus verrucosus: linearly arranged verrucous lichen planus; constant tormenting itching.

Scleromyxoedema. 52-year-old male patient. Increasing, moderately itchy skin lesions for 5 years. Thigh with multiple, site scattered lichenoid papules.

Porokeratosis Mibelli. gradually progressive finding with solitary, 0.1-0.2 cm large, symptom-free, yellow-brown horny papules (primary lesion), which have been present for years. As shown here, they show surface and thickness growth. On the back of the foot the papules have (coincidentally) merged into a coarse plaque with a spiny surface.

Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta. multiple, since 1 week existing, disseminated, 0.2-0.4 cm large, moderately consistency increased, little itching, red, rough skin lesions. besides (non follicular) papules also spots and blisters.

Culicosis bullosa: disseminated vesicular and pustular insect bite reactions, a few hours after bite events.

Dermatosis acute febrile neutrophils: acute, exanthematic clinical picture with affection of face, neck, trunk and extremities; here detailed picture of the lower leg with red, succulent papules and plaques.

Culicosis bullosa:disseminated vesicular and pustular insect bite reactions, a few hours after bite events.

Acroangiodermatitis. detail from the above figure. 0.2-0.4 cm large, initially isolated, then aggregated, deep red to reddish-livid papules develop from the smallest red (haemorrhagic) spots with a smooth surface, which finally confluent to form large plaques.

The skin changes occurred after application of an ointment containing bufexamac for knee pain.
