Insect bites (overview): acutely occurring, disseminated, itchy blisters and pustules with reddened courtyard.

Lichen planus exanthematicus: for several months persistent, itchy, generalized, dense rash with emphasis on the trunk and extremities (face not affected); as single florescence a 0.1-0.2 cm large, rounded, brown to reddish papule with a smooth but also woolly surface appears.

Knotig polypoides collagenoma (solitary, nodular non-pigmented lesion):
Dermatoscopy: Radially arranged, tortuous and partially branched vessels with white structureless area and white plaques.
DD: Knotig basalioma, pilomatrixoma, sebaceous gland hyperplasia.

Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta. 15-month-oldchild. 0.2-0.4 cm large, symmetrically arranged, only slightly itchy, red, surface-smooth and eroded papules and papulovesicles disseminated on the trunk and extremities for a few days.

drug reaction, lymphocytes: multiple, non-symptomatic, surface-smooth papules and plaques. occurred several months after cardiological readjustment. patient otherwise healthy. no evidence of lymphatic systemic disease. no other drugs. histological: nodular, mature lymphocytic tissue. no lymph follicles.

Granuloma anulare, plaque type: multiple, completely symptomless, faded in the center, smooth, painless anular plaques.

Syphilis acquisita: papular, completely asymptomatic (recurrent) exanthema (no itching) Important: generalized lymphadenopathy.
