Calcinosis dystrophica with circumscribed whitish concrement deposits in systemic scleroderma.

Candidosis intertriginous: unusual pustular candidiasis in a strictly bedridden elderly patient.

Sebaceous gland hyperplasia, senile. 74-year-old patient noticed these completely asymptomatic skin changes several years ago. In large-pored (seborrhoeic) skin of the forehead region there are waxy, slightly raised papules up to 0.4 cm in size with a slightly lobed edge structure (see papule top right). The diagnosis of sebaceous gland hyperplasia is fixed at the central porus formation (see papule in the center of the picture).

Keratosis palmoplantaris circumscripta seu areata: General view: Since birth existing, verrucous, hyperkeratotic plaques of the proximal phalanx and medial phalanx of digitus III of the left hand in a 10-year-old female patient.

Nodules: for 2 years slowly growing, 1.8 cm large, asymptomatic, firm, shifting, red, smooth nodule (epidermal cyst).

Verrucae vulgares: multiple flat raised, symptomless, red, verrucous nipple beds. detail view.

Xanthogranuloma juveniles (sensu strictu). soft elastic, yellowish, completely asymptomatic, hardly elevated plaques. no Darier's sign! 10-month-old female infant with multiple xanthogranulomas. size growth in the first months of life.

Psoriasis of the nails, crumbly destruction of the nail matrix (advanced onychodystrophy) with severe psoriatic infestation of the integument.

Parapsoriasis en plaques, large: symptomless, well limited. disseminated stains and plaques. When the skin is wrinkled, a cigarette-paper-like pseudoatrophic architecture of the skin surface is visible (important diagnostic sign!).

Condition 4 weeks after germ removal, extensive removal of the underlying fibrosis plates by means of shave excision and defect coverage by means of split skin.

Naevus sebaceus: chronically inpatient, solitary, approx. 4.0 x 2.0 cm, sharply defined, oily shiny, sour, orange-coloured, consistency increased, flatly elevated, symptomless plaque on the capillitium of a 35 years old patient, existing since birth. Within the skin change, at the lower right edge, a solitary bright round papule is visible.
