Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome: Multiple, skin-coloured, flesh-coloured and whitish, partly waxy, relatively coarse, 2?5 mm large, hemispherical asymptomatic papules in the nose and cheek area of a 47-year-old female patient.
Lichen myxoedematosus: Lichenoids, clearly increased in consistency, skin-coloured to yellowish-reddish papules in the area of the upper back and the extensor sides of the extremities; accompanying pruritus.

Basal cell carcinoma, nodular, 72-year-old female patient, solitary, chronically dynamic, continuously growing for 2 years, measuring 1.0 x 0.8 cm, indolent, firm, skin-colored, covered with telangiectasia, coarse nodule with a bulging surface.
Prurigo simplex acuta infantum: For several days massive progressive, disseminated, agonizingly itching, generalized, excoriated, glassy or reddish papules on the thighs of a 6-year-old boy.
Verrucae planae juveniles: Polygonal, pinhead-sized, yellowish papules on the left cheek of a 10-year-old girl which have been added (inoculation) for weeks.
Trichoepitheliomas: bulging elastic skin-coloured nodules and nodules in the nasolabial fold; multiple, rough, hemispherical, 0.2-0.5 cm large, partly glassy, skin-coloured or red, symmetrically arranged nodules
Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis, a solitary, spontaneously occurring, for 3 weeks painful, acute, increasing, coarse, reddish, approx. 0.4 x 0.5 cm large, centrally yellowish encrusted nodule localized at the upper edge of the auricle in a 58-year-old man.
Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis. 68-year-old patient with painful nodules that have been present for three months. The pain increases permanently, especially when pressure is applied, so that the patient can no longer sleep on the right side. 0.4 cm high, very rough nodule that is painful when pressure is applied.
Acne comedonica. numerous comedones on the right shoulder blade of a 17-year-old patient. 3 years ago recurrent papules and pustules in the face as well as comedones in the area shown.
