Collagenosis, reactive perforating. 12 monthsago for the first time appeared itchy papules of different size with central depression and hyperkeratotic plug.
artifacts. few partially excoriated papules in the sense of scratch artifacts on the breasts of a 35-year-old woman. the patient denies the artifact component. rapid healing under bandages (diagnostically almost proving artificial mechanism).
Gingivostomatitis, chronic. chronic dynamic, variable, 1.4 cm large, dolent, bizarrely configured ulcer in a 64-year-old female patient with Huntington's disease. development due to ulcerative inflammation at the left lateral edge of the tongue. massive plaque accumulation and sharp-edged incisal and occlusal surfaces have promoted the inflammatory process.
Lymphoma cutaneous NK/T-cell lymphoma nasal type: ulcer covered with red granulation tissue and crusts that has been expanding for months with partial destruction of the nasal septum.
Dorsal cyst, mucoid: painless, approximately 1.0 cm large, skin-coloured, plumply elastic, surface-smooth "nodule" (cyst) which has existed for about 1 year and from which a gelatinous substance has emptied itself (crust-covered part) under pressure, whereby the whole nodule has disappeared.
Foot infection, gram-negative. detailed view: clearly visible are the laminar substance defects and the white, purulent and crusty macerations on the backs of the toes and on the forefoot. furthermore, multiple, smooth, round or oval, firm, brownish papules in the sense of a chronic stasis dermatitis are visible on the back of the foot.

Pemphigus vulgaris: 63-year-old patient with a pemphigus vulgaris (mucocutaneous type) that has existed for 3 years; extensive painful erosions of the oral mucosa.
Alopecia, scarring. multiple, smooth atrophic, laterally sharply defined, slightly reddened, alopecic areas persisting for several years in a 57-year-old patient with proven chronic discoid lupus erythematosus.
Fingertip necrosis:sudden, painful necrosis of digitus II in a 51-year-old female patient with Z.n. malignant melanoma, swelling and reddening of the distal skin of the finger after the start of therapy with hydroxycarbamide infusions.
