Malum perforans in systemic amyloidosis

Basal cell carcinoma, destructive. overview: Since many years progressive, large-area, slightly painful, ulcerative tumor in the left half of the face of an 82-year-old patient.

Malum perforans: Sharply defined, sparsely documented ulcer in the area of the sole of the foot in the presence of polyneuropathy and microangiopathy in long-term known diabetes mellitus.

Toxic epidermal necrolysis: Large, superficial, towel-like detachment of the skin after ingestion of allopurinol.

Syphilis acquisita: solitary, acute, 0.4 x 0.9 cm, indolent, coarse ulcer in a 19-year-old adolescent, occurred a few weeks after unprotected sexual contact.
