Hirsuties papillaris penis: whitish and skin-colored papules on the corona glans penis, angiofibromas are often found in the frenulum area.

Similar skin lesions are found on the whole integument as well as on Palmae and Plantae. 8 weeks before, a painless ulcer with indurated wall had formed on the glans, which healed without therapy.

Erythroplasia. erythroplasia existing for years with transition to an invasive penis carcinoma. clearly recognizable "cloverleaf-like" progression zones of the carcinoma.

Condylomata acuminata. 22-year-old colored patient with small, brownish, partly confluent, continuously increasing papules on the prepuce and penis shaft. Typical condylomas are also found on the glans penis, perianal and anal canal.

Hirsuties papillaris penis. 45-year-old man has rows of chronically stationary papillary or filiform whitish nodules at the proximal edge of the glans penis at the transition to the sulcus coronarius.

Angiokeratoma of the glans penis. multiple, chronically stationary, 0.2-0.4 cm large, blue-red to brownish papules with partly smooth, partly scaly surface in the area of the corona glandis. these are congenital, circumscribed vascular ectasias.
