Infiltrating, polymorphous, connective tissue tumour, which usually completely covers the dermis and also affects the subcutis in broad strands. More rarely, the muscle fascia is also affected. Early generous excision in healthy tissue using microscopically controlled surgery (MKC). Safety distance with each step approx. 1 cm.
