Lichen nitidus: chronically stationary, partly grouped, also linearly arranged (Koebner phenomenon), little itchy, non follicular, 0.1 cm large, white, smooth, round papules.

Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome: Multiple, skin-coloured, flesh-coloured and whitish, partly waxy, relatively coarse, 2?5 mm large, hemispherical asymptomatic papules retroauricular in a 47-year-old female patient.

Secondarymilia in an underlying disease with blister formation: Pinhead-sized, spherical, yellowish-white, raised nodules on the back of the hand and fingers of an 8-week-old boy with Epidermolysis bullosa simplex Koebner. Isolated erosions of a few millimeters in size after healed blisters.
