Lymphedema of the vulva: Complication due to lymph cysts. 45-year-old female patient after hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma and postoperative radiotherapy has multiple, skin-coloured, chronically inpatient, temporarily weeping, dense, asymptomatic, 0.1-0.2 cm large, firm, skin-coloured, smooth blisters.

Penis carcinoma: plate-like , rough infiltration of the glans penis with extensive fibrin-covered ulceration of the surface, lymphedema of the prepuce in paraphimosis.

Balanitis plasmacellularis: chronic balanitis in a 62 year old patient. no other skin diseases known. no diabetes mellitus. slight urinary incontinence in case of prostate hyperplasia. sharply defined, slightly raised red plaque. no significant symptoms.

Condylomata gigantea. 39-year-old patient has had rapidly growing, perianal, localised, extensive papillomatous, sometimes nodular, superficially fissured vegetation for about 12 months. HPV typing revealed HPV types 6 and 18.

streptococcal dermatitis, perianal. low infiltrated, well definable, perianal located red plaques and partly erosive, rough papules. sporadic bloody stool deposits. no fever. strong, persistent itching and defecation pain. perinasal impetigo also occurred.
