Foeniculum vulgare fruit is the fruit extract from sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce) and is used in cosmetic preparations. The extract has a strengthening effect on skin and hair. The extract also acts as an emollient (softens and smoothes the skin), nourishing and soothing the skin.
