parapsoriasis en petites plaques. disseminated in the skin tension lines of the skin aligned, elongated, symptomless plaques (tiger pattern). significant improvement in the summer months.

Basal cell carcinoma, superficial. for at least 4 years persistent, size constant, sharply defined, clearly border-emphasized plaque on the back of a 55-year-old patient. This is a partially regressive multicenter superficial basal cell carcinoma.

Collagenosis, reactive perforating. 12 monthsago for the first time appeared itchy papules of different size with central depression and hyperkeratotic plug.

Malasseziafolliculitis: disseminated, follicle-bound inflammatory papules and papulopustules on the back of a 45-year-old patient; no evidence of acne vulgaris; no formation of comedones.

artifacts. few partially excoriated papules in the sense of scratch artifacts on the breasts of a 35-year-old woman. the patient denies the artifact component. rapid healing under bandages (diagnostically almost proving artificial mechanism).

Pemphigoid, bullous. not quite fresh episode in a 65-year-old patient with known bullous pemphigoid. reasons for the episode activity unclear (therapy errors?). maximum exacerbated clinical picture with multiple, 0.5-10 cm large, red itchy plaques and different sized marginal blisters.

psoriasis vulgaris. treated psoriasis vulgaris. the previously existing typical psoriatic plaques are replaced by red spots with marginal hyperpigmentation. the treatment was carried out locally with dithranol [cignolin]. scaling no longer present. the brewing discoloration of the lesional surroundings are reversible discolorations of the nromal skin by diathranol. the diagnosis "psoriasis" is doubtless due to the known anamnesis.

Lymphoma, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma. Detailed picture: red, surface smooth papules and plaques in a 59-year-old patient. No scratch excoriations, no scaling, no pruritus.

Acne papulopustulosa: Multiple, chronically dynamic, disseminated, follicle-bound, 2-8 mm large, inflammatory, red papules and papulopustules and comedones on the back of a 19-year-old man.

Basal cell carcinoma, superficial, sharply defined, brownish, centrally atrophic plaque with telangiectasia and a distinct edge accentuation.

Eczema atopic (overview): severe, universal (erythrodermic) atopic eczema. exacerbation phase since about 3 months. patient with rhinitis and conjunctivitis in pollinosis. total IgE >1.000IU.

Infant hemangioma (series: findings after 2 years): No therapy, extensive regression of the node.

Remark: In the meantime the hemangioma is completely healed (except for some telangiectasias).

Xanthomas, eruptive: 0.1-0.3 cm in size, yellow-brown, flat raised, superficially smooth and shiny, disseminated, clearly consistent papules in dense seeding in a 45-year-old patient with known hyperlipoproteinemia type IV. Seeding increasing since 6 months preferably on trunk and back. Clinic is typical, histology is diagnostic.

Keloids: Flat, smooth-surfaced, firm, red nodules, increased vascular drawing. In this clinical picture a dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans can be excluded by differential diagnosis.

Felty syndrome. Detail enlargement of the above findings.

Urticaria pigmentosa: general view: about 0.5-1.0cm large, disseminated, oval or round, brownish-red spots. only when rubbed, increased redness of the spots with accompanying itching. also in warm showers or baths increased redness and clearly palpable elevation of the lesions.
