Nevus melanocytic congenital bathing suit type: large-area congenital melanocytic nevus with multiple satellite nevi.

dermatomyositis. red-violet, slightly itchy, flat. blurred erythema in the décolleté and on the lateral parts of the neck. general fatigue and muscle weakness.

Eczema atopic in childhood: 12-year-old adolescent with generalized atopic eczema. conspicuous grey-brown, dry skin. keratosis pilaris-like follicular keratoses. multiple scratched papules and plaques.

Kaposi sarcoma epidemic or HIV-induced: Disseminated flat reddish-brown, surface smooth, symptomless plaques, characteristically located in the tension lines of the skin.

scabies. vein-shaped, rough papules with massive, especially nocturnal itching. larger plaques only in case of eczematization. predilection sites: interdigital folds of hands and feet, areolas. head and neck are free.

Cellulitis eosinophile: unusually extensive skin findings, with a clinical picture that has existed for several weeks, with fatigue and tiredness as well as erysipelas-like erythema that gradually conflates into larger areas.

Eczema atopic in child/adolescent: 14-year-old child; chronic, itchy plaques on the abdomen.

Impetigo herpetiformis. 2nd trimester pregnancy. pustular, flexural exanthema with highly red papules, pustules which merge to form large-area anal plaques. Typical are the inwardly directed collerette-like scaling margins.

Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler: a progressive, completely asymptomatic clinical picture with disseminated "confetti-like", barely elevated, white, smooth-surfaced papules.

Lichen planus exanthematicus.

Leprosy indeterminata(-I-): Large hypopigmented, hypaesthetic, hardly infiltrated plaques with no accentuation of the edges.
