Psoriasis arthropathica. Beginning stiffening of the distal finger joints.

Nummular dermatitis: Extensive eczema that has been present for several months, with blurred papules and confluent, scaly plaques.

infant hemangioma. chronic dynamic, massive growth within the last 6 weeks, clearly increased in consistency, confluent red plaque and nodules. 6-month-old boy. no ocular functional impairment. beginning regression of the hemangioma recognizable by the grey veils over the different parts of the hemangioma (e.g. in the area of the lower plaque).

psoriasis palmaris et plantaris (plaquet type): palmo-plantar psoriasis known for years. no pre-treatment. extensive, sharply limited erythema. circumscribed partly stripy hyperkeratotic plaques. single deep rhagades.

scabies. detail enlargement: glans penis: disseminated, pinhead to lentil-sized, centrally eroded papules. linear and hook-shaped, reddened, infiltrated ducts.

Balanoposthitis plasmacellularis: Survey picture: For 2 years (!) persistent, burning and itching redness and erosions of the glans penis and prepuce in a 60-year-old patient.

Parapsoriasis en plaques, large-hearted form with sharply defined brownish plaques on the trunk.

Tinea faciei. multiple (few), chronically active, spreading, 0.5-3.0 cm in size, growing flat for 8 weeks, initially homogeneous, later anular, itchy, red, rough (scaling) papules and plaques.

Axilla, upper arm and chest region were also affected. Characteristic is the development of hypertrophic scars and contractures.

Pemphigoid gestationis: Intensely itching exanthema since 4 weeks with multiple, generalized, symmetrical, truncated, large red plaques with isolated, bulging blisters.

Contagious impetigo, large-bubble (bullous impetigo)

Chronic (atopic) cheilitis with perioral eczema: apart from dry skin and a known pollen sensitization (early bloomer) no other signs of atopic eczema. Known atopic diseases in the family.
