Toxic epidermal necrolysis. mostly picture of erythema exsudativum multiforme. necrolytic detachment of the skin beginning at the knee and lower leg.

PEP: Fuzzy, confluent, urticarial papules and plaques on arm and trunk in the last trimester.

Dermatosis IgA-lineare: Circinarily arranged, smaller and larger, red blisters on a urticarial base.

erythema exsudativum multiforme. typical picture with different stages of development of the efflorescences. besides fresh smaller, flat papules, further developed, older larger plaques with discrete cocard structure. some plaques with indicated central vesicles.

Dermatitis herpetiformis. 3 months recurrent, disseminated, papules and vesicles on distinct erythema in a 59-year-old patient. in several efflorescences a blown off halo (bright rim) is visible. at the right border of the picture several fresh, barely 1 mm large reddened papules. the symptoms are described as unpleasantly stinging. no gastrointestinal symptoms.

erythema exsudativum multiforme. suddenly appeared, since 4 days existing, itchy, disseminated exanthema with cocard-like plaques. the skin changes appeared shortly after the beginning of antibiotic therapy for urinary tract infection. here the finding on the back of the hand. s. isomorphism (koebner phenomenon).

Dermatitis, phototoxic. general view: Pronounced erythema on the fingers of the left hand as well as isolated blisters in a 71-year-old patient who had sunbathed under ongoing doxycycline therapy.
