Pityriasis rosea: truncated, thick maculopapular exanthema arranged in the cleft lines, low itching.

Dyskeratosis follicularis: densely packed brown-reddish papules, about 2-4 mm in size, which aggregate in the décolleté area; the present distribution pattern suggests a light provocation of the disease.

Nevus melanocytic common: long-standing melanocytic nevus. No symptoms. No growth.

Naevus verrucosus(series): Clinical picture at 17 months

Paget' s disease, infiltrate of the nipple for several months, unilateral, symptom-free, resistant to therapy.

Calcinosis metastatica: Symmetrical, stelae linearly arranged, moderately painful, hard, skin-coloured papules and plaques.

Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler: large-area lichen sclerosus of the mamma; diffuse, veil-like, only slightly increased sclerosis of the skin; not quite fresh large-area hematoma in lesioned skin. Remark: in the bradytrophic lesions of the LS, bleedings persist for an unusually long time, so that the persistent (gradually blackening hematoma) is the actual reason for a visit to the doctor.
