Verruca seborrhoica: Multiple, brown-black, attached papules, plaques and nodes in the area of the trunk.

Nevus, melanocytic. Congenital melanocytic nevus of the spilus nevus type

Ichthyosis vulgaris, autosomal-dominant: chronically inpatient, in winter clearly worsened clinical picture; trunk-accentuated, flat, brownish-yellowish horny papules.

Verruca seborrhoica. 56 year old patient with differently configured and colored disseminated papules and plaques localized on the trunk. 0.2-1.5 cm tall, flat raised (as if glued on), yellow, yellow-brown or brown-black papules or plaques with a smooth, shiny surface, which is broken up by numerous black horn inclusions, giving Verruca seborrhoica a surface characteristic that looks like punched.

Nevus, melanocytic, halo-nevus. numerous depigmented, roundish, sharply defined, smooth, white spots with centrally located brown, slightly raised papules. 25-year-old patient with multiple halo- or sutton nevi occurring within a few months.

Syphilis (early syphilis): macular, chronic exanthema. in places fading erythema is also found. detailed view.

Xanthomas, eruptive:disseminated, 0.1-0.3 cm large, yellow-brown, flat raised, superficially smooth and shiny, firm papules in dense seeding in a 54-year-old patient with known hyperlipoproteinemia type IV.

Galli-Galli, M. Disseminated, spotted, partly also confluent brown spots, papules and plaques.

Dyskeratosis follicularis (Darier's disease).

Dyskeratosis follicularis: General view: chronically dynamic, on the back localized, partly disseminated, but mostly flat arranged, dirty brown, flatly elevated, very itchy papules and plaques in a 43-year-old patient.

Syphilis Early syphilis: papular , in places psoriasiform scaling, chronic exanthema. Fading erythema is also found in places. Generalized lymphadenopathy.

Syphilis: papular syphilide. recurrent hexanthema. disseminated non-itching or painful, 0.2-04cm large, flat papules.

Nevus, melanocytic, halo-nevus. solitary, 3.2 x 2.1 cm large, sharply defined white spot with centrally located, 0.5 cm large, flat raised, soft brown papule on the right flank of an 18-year-old female patient. No itching, no other symptoms. The symptoms were first noticed after a "sun vacation" 8 weeks ago.
