Sarcoidosis: chronic sarcoidosis without detectable organ involvement. Two to 1.5 cm large, anular, completely symptom-free, brown-red plaques with a smooth surface. The distribution pattern on the back of the hand is random.

Leprosy lepromatosa: advanced findings with numerous, almost symmetrically distributed, asymptomatic papules and nodules, no accompanying inflammatory reaction.

Currently, on both palms (also on the back of the hands and the sides of the fingers) there are partly individual, partly aggregated papules, which are aggregated on the palms to form a large, red, wart-like rough plaque.

Chronic sun damage of the skin: dry, somewhat atrophic skin with solar lentigines, as well as a few precanceroses of the actinic keratosis type.

Naevus melanocytic: Large congenital completely unattractive melanocyticnaevus.

Becker nevus: hyperpigmented (border areas marked with arrows), hypertrichotic epidermal nevus, in a 16-year-old female patient. encircled: lichenified skin area. no complaints. therapy not necessary. hair could be depilated.

Xanthomas, eruptive: disseminated, partly also linearly arranged, 0.1-0.3 cm large, yellow-brown, flat raised, superficially smooth and shiny, firm papules in dense seeding in a 54-year-old patient with known hyperlipoproteinaemia type IV.

Naevus spilus, a light brown large pigmentation spot with splashes of dark pigmentation that has existed since birth (Lapwing's nevus).
