(¤ 1882 - 1951) Dermatologist. Ruete was born on 28.1.1882 in Hamburg. He studied medicine in Strasbourg. Approbation in 1907. First dermatological training with Eduard Arning in Hamburg. Other training centres: 1908-1911 Strasbourg (further dermatological training with A. Wolff in Strasbourg and from 1911-1914 with Erich Hoffmann in Bonn. 1916 habilitation in Marburg.
