Grinspan's syndrome

Grinspan syndrome is defined as the syndromal occurrence of oral lichen planus, arterial hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. The occurrence of squamous cell carcinoma in lesional oral mucosa has been reported (Kökten N et al. 2018).

Apparently, drugs play a triggering role in individual cases.
