Flagellant dermatitis: stripy and extensive inflammatory skin changes after chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide.

Melanodermia factitia. occurrence of stripe-like spots and plaques with subsequent development of bizarre pigmentation in the regions of the exanthema or in mechanically highly stressed areas. the fernlike pattern is extremely characteristic. these are tumor patients with previous chemotherapy with bleomycin.

Melanodermia factitia. streaky, brownish pigmentation, bound to the course of the veins after chemotherapy of a tumor patient with bleomycin. dose-dependent toxic effect, reproducible and substance-specific.
