Mostly after forced sexual intercourse, within 5-7 days, a bland lymphangitis (probably stranded phlebitis) proximal to the glans penis.

Forced sexual intercourse, Chlamydia urethritis, focal infections, chronic prostatitis

Acutely developing, often transverse to the longitudinal axis of the penis and proximal to the glans penis, bulbous, relatively coarse, 1-2 cm long, translucent strand formation below the inner preputial leaf. No significant complaints.

Lymphangitis with syphilitic primary effect: generally running according to the longitudinal axis of the penis shaft

Induratio penis plastica: nodular, hard (chronic) indurations in the depth of the penis shaft

Cordiform lichen sclerosus et atrophicans: indurated whitish cord, often transverse. Not bulging raised. Histological clarification.
