Sodium/tea -lauroyl collagen amino acids (inci)

"Sodium" refers to the element sodium, "TEA" refers to triethanolamines (reacts easily with fatty acids to form triethanolamine soaps and is used as a basic component in soaps and cosmetics, "lauroyl" the fatty acid component lauric acid (dodecanoic acid, engl. Lauric acid), "collagen amino acids" a mixture of amino acids obtained from collagenous connective tissue.

Sodium/TEA -lauroyl collagen amino acids is a mixture of substances which is used in cosmetic preparations. It acts as a surfactant, antistatic agent (reduces static charges by neutralizing the electrical charge on the surface, for example of hair) and as a hair conditioning agent (makes the hair easy to comb, smooth, soft and shiny and gives it volume) and as a skin care product.
