PVP/dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate copolymer is a substance used in cosmetic formulations as a binder (ensures the desired cohesion of powdery, powdery or creamy products, prevents solids and liquid components from separating), antistatic agent (reduces static charges, by neutralising the electrical charge on the surface, for example of hair), combability aid (reduces or prevents tangling of the hair due to changes or damage on the hair surface, thus improving combability), film former (forms a film on skin, hair or nails when applied) and emulsion stabiliser.
