Pvm/ma decadiene crosspolymer (inci)

"PVM/MA" is the acronym for (poly)methyl vinyl ether, "MA" for maleic anhydride (MA) the anhydride of maleic acid (= unsaturated dicarboxylic acid), "decadiene" an organic chemical compound with 10 C atoms from the group of unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbons, "crosspolymer" a cross-linked ("cross-linked") polymer.

PVM/MA copolymer is a mixture of substances used in cosmetic formulations. The mixture acts as a binding agent (provides the desired cohesion of powdery, powdery or creamy products, prevents the separation of solids and liquid components).
