N-methoxyethyl-p-phenylenediamine HCL is a substance (hair dye) used in cosmetic formulations. N-methoxyethyl-p-phenylenediamine HCL belongs to the colourless oxidation bases used for permanent hair dyeing. These are easily oxidizable, initially colorless dye bases.
