Urticaria activity score

Score to determine the daily activity of a urticaria. The score is generally determined over 7 days (UAS7). The degree of severity is measured using a scale of points ranging from 0-6. The maximum value is 42 points.

How many hives have occurred in the last 24 hours?

• None =0
• Few (<20) = 1
• Many (21-50) =2
• Very many (>50) or large confluent areas =3

How severe was the itching in the last 24 hours?

• No itching = 0
• Light (present but not impairing) =1
• Moderate (no significant impairment of daily activities or sleep) =2
• Very severe (significant impairment of daily activities or sleep) =3
