Active substance-free, water-absorbing ointment of the W/O type for external use. Apply thinly to the affected skin areas once or several times a day. Contains wool wax alcohols! High absorption capacity for water (10 g ointment can be mixed with 20 ml water to form an ointment-like W/O emulsion (W/O cream)).

If 50% water is added, the formulation is called "water-containing wool wax alcohol ointment DAB" or also Eucerin cum aqua.

Alternatively, up to 12 parts of the vaseline can be replaced by paraffinum subliquidum!

Use-by date: 3 years

Remark: there is a possibility of confusion with the wool wax alcohol ointment SR (DAC) of the official ointment of the pharmacopoeia of the former GDR.
