(¤ 1865, † 1940) Dermatologist, working in Bremen. Born in Altona, Friedrich Burchard Hahn studied medicine in Kiel and Freiburg after graduating from high school in 1883. After his state examination and doctorate in 1887, a short intermezzo as a ship's doctor, he received his dermatological training with Josef Doutrelepont in Bonn. In 1890 he settled in Bremen as a dermatologist. In 1891 Friedrich Hahn took over the management of the newly founded dermatological clinic at the Sankt-Jürgen-Strasse hospital. After 42 years of service he retired in 1933. His successor was his son Carl Friedrich Hahn.

Friedrich Hahn's clinical focus was the treatment of syphilis and tuberculosis.
