NFKB1-associated sterile familial autoinflammatory necrotizing fasciitis (FANF) is a rare (limited to a few cases worldwide) autoinflammatory systemic disease associated with an LOF mutation R157X in the NFKB1 gene (Bergbreiter A et al.2021).
