(¤ 1860, † 1924) Lukasiewicz came from Galicia. 1883 doctorate in Krakow. Dermatological assistant under Isidor Neumann/Vienna and Moritz Kaposi/Vienna (1887-1892). On 1.10.1892 he was appointed professor for dermatology and syphilis at the Innsbruck Dermatological Clinic. In 1898 he was appointed to the ordinariate in Lemberg. His work concerned various dermatoses. His successor in Innsbruck was Johann Heinrich Rille.
