As owner of the EFQM Model for Excellence (EFQM Model), EFQM organises the European European Quality Award (EQA) for organisations with above-average performance, which is awarded annually. Applicants must prove how they have fulfilled the 9 main and further sub-criteria specified in a catalogue (EFQM Model).
