The mammary fingernail syndrome (ORPHA238744) is an autosomal-dominantly inherited syndromal malformation of the limbs characterized by congenital onychodystrophy/anonychia, brachydactyly of the little finger, "digitalization" of the thumb and missing or hypoplastic end phalanges of the hands and feet.
