Definition

Heterogener Antikörperkomplex bestehend aus Autoantikörpern gegen ein 52 und 60 kDa großes nukleäres Protein.

Allgemeine Information

Anti-Ro/SSA gilt als relativ spezifischer Auto-antikörper bei verschiedenen Autoimmunerkrankungen, insbes.:

HLA-DR3 ist mit  Anti-Ro und Anti-La-Antikörper assoziiert. 

Patienten mit C2- und C4-Defizienzen tendieren zur Bildung von Anti-Ro/SSA Antikörpern ohne Nachweis von Anti-La/SSB Antikörpern.

Anti-Ro/SSA Antikörper werden unregelmäßig bei folgenden Erkrankungen gefunden:

  • Polymositis/Dermatomyositis
  • Nicht-erosive Arthropathie (Jaccoud-Arthropathie)
  • Late-Onset-SLE
  • Neonataler Lupus erythematodes.

Vorkommen

Nachweis in 30-40% der Fälle beim systemischen Lupus erythematodes und bei 60-70% der fälle beim Sjögren-Syndrom. Bedeutung haben RO-Antikörper insbes. bei neonatalem Lupus erythematodes in Kombination mit einem kongenitalen Herzblock, bedingt durch Expression des FSA-Antigens im Erregungsleitungssystem. Bei 70-80% der Patienten mit subakut-kutanem Lupus erythematodes sind Ro/SS-A-Antikörper nachweisbar und gleichzeitig verbunden mit der gesteigerten Lichtempfindlichkeit. UV-Exposition führt zur Induktion von SS-A auf Keratinozyten.
