Dermatitis, seborrhoeic. 6-month-old female patient with almost symmetrical, blurred, flatly infiltrated, scaly, non-itching red plaques. good clinical response to steroidal pre-treatment. recurrence of skin symptoms within a few days after discontinuation of therapy.


dermatitis, adult seborrhoeic: partly small spots, partly blurred erythema with small lamellar scaly deposits. slight feeling of tension. no significant itching. skin changes have existed for years to varying degrees. in summer, clearly improved or completely disappeared.

Differential diagnosis - Acrokeratosis paraneoplastic: Disseminated, cup-like brown, partly single, partly grouped hyperkeratotic papules; no inflammatory changes in the area of the keratotic deposits.

Dermatitis, seborrhoeic: 62-year-old patient with a negative family history of psoriasis. recurrent HV on the trunk for years. no itching. multiple, chronically inpatient, figured, borderline, sometimes itchy, moderately scaly, clearly borderline hardly elevated plaques.

dermatitis, seborrhoeic: 60-year-old patient with blanden own and family history of psoriasis. recurrent HV on the trunk for years. no itching. no evidence of dermatophytes. multiple, chronically inpatient, figured, borderline, non-itching, little scaling, clearly borderline, garland-shaped erythema.
