Implementation:

Dry and heat fix preparations
Cover with carbolic fox solution
Heat the slides with a Bunsen flame from below until steam is formed ( do not boil!)
let cool down
Repeat heating and cooling 2x
Rinsing with water
Decolorize with HCL alcohol until no more color clouds come off
Rinsing with water
Counter staining with malachite green 1 min.
Rinsing with water

Result: Acid-resistant rods pink to red, other germs and cells green.
