S.: Cignolin-containing wart ointment. Use in combination with a salicyl patch.

Warnings:

  • Keep out of reach of children
  • do not bring into contact with skin or mucous membranes

Method of use:

  • Pre-treat the wart with the concentrated Salicyl patch for 4 days.
  • mechanically remove the softened horny layer over the wart with small sharp scissors
  • coat the area around the wart with a zinc paste
  • apply wart ointment and cover with an elastic plaster
  • before repeating the application, clean the area with a small amount of olive oil.

Alternative:

Wart ointment InfectoPharm® 20,0g

  • Application: Protect the healthy surrounding skin with zinc paste or perforated plaster.
  • Apply wart ointment selectively on the wart
  • cover with plaster (protection against smearing of the surrounding skin and against discolouration of clothing)
  • Repeat depending on tolerance 1-2 x / day - break if irritation is too strong
  • Note: Undiluted not for children < 5 years! Use wart ointment with reduced effect for small children < 5 years.
  • Caution: Pregnancy and breastfeeding
