(¤ 1871, † 1947) Samberger was an internationally recognized Czech dermatologist and full professor at the Dermatological University Hospital in Prague. Samberger was appointed as the organizer of the first "Congress of Slavic Dermatologists" which took place in Warsaw in 1928. He proposed Polish as the official language. His student was the much more renowned Slovenian dermatologist Franjo Kogoj.
