Quality management system

Quality management systems are defined from the totality of all activities or processes which are related to each other and which contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives. The QM system names and describes all cross-departmental or cross-departmental detailed regulations. At the same time it explains how processes are organized and interfaces are defined. QM systems therefore have the character of rules, standards or interface agreements. An essential part of QMS in hospitals and practices is risk management, including a CIRS.
