(¤ 26.9.1861, † 1908) Born in Sydney, Australia, the doctor studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh and was admitted to the Royal College of Surgeons in London after studying medicine. From 1896 to 1900 he received medical/dermatological training in Vienna, Berlin and Paris (there at L'Hôpital Saint Louis). In 1898 he published his observations on the histopathology of psoriasis.1899 PhD. In 1900 he returned to Sydney. The name Munro is connected with the so-called Munro microabscess in psoriasis.
