(¤ 1896, † 1988) Agostino Crosti graduated from the University of Milan and was educated at the Pasini School.

From 1930 to 1939 he was professor of clinical dermatology and syphilology at the University of Perugia.

In 1945, he took over Pasini's position at the University of Milan and remained there until 1966.

In 1951, Crosti introduced reticulohistiocytoma of the back under the name Crosti syndrome.

In 1957, together with Gianotti, he described papular acrodermatitis of infancy or Gianotti-Crosti syndrome (see Acrodermatitis papulosa eruptiva infantilis).
