IgE-mediated contact eczema caused by flour proteins, in the sense of protein contact dermatitis, detectable in the atopy patch test S.u. eczema, contact eczema.

Avoid the triggering allergen. Treatment of dermatitis, see below allergic contact eczema. In case of occupational dermatoses, preventive measures according to § 3 and, if necessary, retraining should be considered (see also occupational skin disease).
