CD203c, also called ENPP3 (Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 3), is an enzyme encoded by the ENPP3 gene in humans, which is located on chromosome 6 131.63 - 131.75. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a series of ectoenzymes that hydrolytically cleave extracellular nucleotides. These ectoenzymes are transmembrane enzymes and have ATPase and ATP pyrophosphatase activities.

CD203c (ENPP3) is expressed by various cells, including immature glial cells, basophilic granulocytes and mast cells.
