Nevus, epidermal. 0.1-0.3 cm in size, bizarrely configured, brown, partly confluent, symptomless maculae and plaques with rough, warty surface in a 4-year-old boy, 4 weeks after birth.

Epidermal nevus, general view: Linearly arranged epidermal nevus measuring approx. 6 x 2 cm, interspersed with comedones and hairs, starting preauricularly on the left side and extending to retroauricularly, in a 23-year-old female patient. The skin lesions have been present since birth and started to darken about 3 years ago; in addition, the skin lesion has shown hairiness since then. There are no corresponding familial lesions.

Epidermal nevus: Slightly hyperkeratotic, slightly hyperpigmented, linear plaques in a 20-year-old female patient since infancy as partial symptom of a systematized, linear epidermal nevus.

Naevus, more epidermal, well defined, flat to papillomatous, partly sour, skin-coloured to brownish, occasionally itchy, linear plaque following a bizarre line pattern (Blaschko lines).

Nevus, epidermal. raised, symptomless, brown papules and nodules at the left neck in an otherwise healthy 7-year-old girl existing since birth. The extensive fibroma formation is striking.

Nevus, epidermal, raised, symptomless, linearly arranged, brown, flat papules measuring 3.5 x 2.5 cm in the largest dimension, without connective tissue, on the back in an otherwise healthy 8-year-old girl.

Nevus, epidermal. Strip-like aggregations of wart-like papules in a 14-year-old female patient.

nevus, epidermal. 31-year-old female patient with this unchanged finding existing since birth. soft papules partly isolated, partly arranged in stripes, partly aggregated to plaques. the bizarre pattern is highly specific for a cutaneous mosaic.

Epidermal nevus: Strong keratinization in the area of the right hand (thumb and index on the volar side, ulnar edge of the hand) in a 20-year-old female patient as partial symptom of a systematized, linear epidermal nevus.
