Phacomatosis pigmentokeratotica

Definition

Kombination eines systematisierten Naevus sebaceus und eines systematisierten Naevus spilus. Charakteristische Assoziationen sind:

  • Hemiatrophie mit Muskelschwäche
  • segmentale Dysästhesie
  • segmentale Hyperhidrose
  • Epilepsie und Taubheit
  • Ptosis
  • Strabismus.

Ätiopathogenese

Genetisch liegt dieser Phakomatose eine nichtallelische Didymosis (Zwillingsflecken) zugrunde. Nachweislich sind postzygotische HRAS-Mutationen werden auch bei der Phacomatosis pigmentokeratotica sowohl in dem Naevus sebaceus als auch im melanozytären Naevusanteil (hier in den Melanozyten) gefunden wurden (Groesser L et al. 2013).
