Polyätiologisches, akral betontes, Exanthem, das assoziativ zu Virusinfektionen auftritt.

Assoziatives Exanthem bei verschiedenen Viruserkrankungen: in erster Linie ist Parvovirus B19 assoziiert, seltener Hepatitis B, Zytomegalie, Coxsackie B6, Masern, Rubella, HHV-6, HHV-7. Weiterhin wird PPGSS mit Medikamenten in  Verbindung gebracht (Trimethoprim/Sulfmethoxazol). 

Hände und Füße.

Akral betontes Exanthem aus juckenden, 2-4 mm großen, isolierten oder auch konfluierten roten Flecken. Das Exanthem kann mit Fieber, Lymphknotenschwellungen und Arthralgien verbunden sein.
