Primary cutaneous CD30 positive large cell T-cell lymphoma: for 2 -3 years nodules have been forming in the skin; for 3 months rapid progression with rapidly expanding nodules which ulcerate over the entire surface in a very short time.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive. 4 x 2 cm measuring, cherry- to livid red, centrally ulcerated nodule in a 61-year-old patient. This is a solitary finding, which has shown slowly size-progressive growth behaviour for about 4-5 months.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, large-cell, CD30-positive. 67-year-old patient with symptomless, reddened plaques on the lower extremity which have been present for 3 years. Good response to soft X-ray therapy (GD 25 Gy, ED 5 Gy). Findings: 7 cm in diameter large, flat ulcerated plaque. In the picture on the right side, atrophic skin after X-ray therapy.
