Muir-Torre syndrome. sharply limited, dermal adnexal tumor with preserved lobar structure of the sebaceous gland. mature sebocytes are visible in the center of the lobules; basaloid, less mature seboblasts are distributed peripherally (see detail).
Muir-Torre syndrome. detail enlargement: different degree of maturation of the epithelial cells. centrally lighter parts with clear sebocytic differentiation. the surrounding basaloid cell complexes with lower degree of maturation. here individual dyskeratoses and mitoses.
